A full-bodied, well-structured showcase Shiraz. The wine has
a light peppery scent of ripe berries, perfume and spice and
will gain complexity.

- Alcohol Content: 13.86%
- Irrigation: Drip irrigation controlled by a computer system through meters and tensiometers.
- Vinification: Produced from hand-selected grapes from a single vineyard. Regular derated pump-overs ensured enough colour and flavours. Matured for 14 months in 10% American and 90% New French Oak barrels of which 30% is new oak.
