A well-balanced single vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine has a dark, rich colour with billowing blackberry fruit, dark chocolate, tobacco and cloves, with a soft minty finish.

- Blend: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
- Style: A barrel-matured, full-bodied red wine.
- Vinification: Hand selected and -picked from a single vineyard. Extended skin contact in open fermenters with regular pump events ensured ample extraction, wine was matured in 100% French oak barrels of which 30% is new oak and the rest second fill for 14 months.
