Dark ruby red color, comes with gentle notes of wild berries, hints of spices (cinnamon, black pepper) full-bodied, warm and complex, soft and enveloping, elegant with very gentle tannins of rare elegance and with long persistence.

DETAILS

  • Alcohol Content: 14.0%
  • Ageing: This wine ages for 30 months in 10 hi and barriques casks of selected extra fine-grained oak. Then it rests for six months in the bottle.
  • Vinification: It is carried out after 120 days withering in our “fruttai” (dedicated drying rooms) with a weight loss of 55%. Then the crushed grapes falls by gravity into small stainless steel vats of 50 hi. Daily pumpings over and delestage are carried out throughout the duration of fermentation that takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20 ‘ C
  • Food Pairing: Shown with main courses of venison, cheese or dessert.
